Am I purchasing or hiring a skip?
This site is for the purchase of manufactured containers. An enquiry about waste collection or a short-term household skip hire is a different service.
Does yard capacity establish compatibility?
No. Confirm the operating dimensions, handling interface, loading limits and intended use with the relevant technical team.
What should a fleet enquiry include?
List each format and capacity with its quantity. Add identification, finish requirements, delivery destinations and timing. Include a schedule in your email if it is easier.
What if I do not know the size?
Choose “Other / bespoke size” and describe your operation. The confirmed standard open-skip sizes are 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 yard. A useful conversation does not require guessing a technical specification.
Are warranty and after-sales terms available?
Ask Sykes to confirm the warranty, support and any spare-part arrangements that apply to the product being quoted. No unconfirmed warranty is promised on this website.
